This is great if your whole application is written in WebAssembly. However, most WebAssembly usage is part of a “hybrid application” which also contains JavaScript. We also want to simplify this use case. The web platform shouldn’t be split into “silos” that can’t interact with each other. Initially, I used Packer to generate a virtual machine image, which I would then clone onto the disk of the machine I wanted to configure.
